Some People may not find this funny due to the fact that the actor actualy has downsyndrome. Well I felt bad at first too until I watched a video of Retarded cop. The video was of him telling everyone to stop freakingout , and that he knows hes being funny and that people who are complaining are the "fucking retards!" haha
